Practicing mindfulness is a great way to relax, reduce stress and anxiety and ease the symptoms of depression. And it’s a lot easier than you may think. There are many ways to practice mindfulness – it’s not all cross legged meditation – we can make any daily activity mindful!
I am a trained coach with a diploma in mindfulness and I have been teaching mindfulness for 4 years as well as leading mindfulness groups locally.https://www.facebook.com/mindfulnessinhemel/
I also teach mindfulness for New Leaf Recovery and Well Being College across Herfordshire.https://www.newleafcollege.co.uk/
If you would like to find out more I am currently offering 1:1 skype or zoom sessions for individuals (£30) or families (£40) for 40 minutes. During this time we will discuss what you are hoping to gain from learning about mindful practice and get you started with some ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily lives. I will include some breathing excercises which can lead to longer meditations if that is something you will find useful.
It is generally accepted that it takes upto 8 weeks of regular practice for you to really notice the full benefits so I offer 8 sessions for the price of 7 if you book in advance.
