1. Virtual 1on1 PT sessions, via Skype/FaceTime.
We can have a chat in advance, establish your goals, work out what you fancy doing and I will go away and prepare a personalised session using any equipment you might have at home (e.g. skipping rope, dumbbells, resistance bands) – or even without any equipment too. It’s amazing what you can do with just your own bodyweight!
2. Virtual group PT sessions, via Zoom/Group FaceTime.
A chance to catch up and workout with your friends (max group size six). I would design a workout for all participants, with moves that would accommodate everyone from beginner to advanced.
3. Workout videos, suitable for all ages.
Since we’ve all been in social isolation, I’ve been recording workouts with my children to send to my friends and family (my sister is in lockdown in the Czech Republic).
